Synchronous Learning Zoom sessions are recorded to the cloud and maintained as Cloud Recordings for 120 days. Recordings with special content which should be preserved and made available after that time should follow the steps below for Webinars & General Meetings so that we may host these recordings on our media server long-term.
Webinar and General Meeting recordings will be archived and served from National American University media server. Record these as a Cloud Recording and open a ticket afterwards as described below. Your recording will be archived and made available for sharing via URL within approximately one business day.
